Draft placeholder. This page will be reviewed and finalised before Tickaboard launches.
Tickaboard is a family chore app. We collect as little as we can, we never sell data, and we never show ads. This policy covers the Tickaboard app and this website. How we treat children's information is explained in our kids' privacy notice.
What we collect
- Parent account: the email address and sign-in details a parent or carer uses to create a family.
- Family content: the kids' first names or nicknames, chosen heroes, quests, stars, rewards and approvals that parents enter.
- Subscription status: whether your family has Tickaboard Plus. Payments are handled by Google Play; we never see card details.
- Waitlist: your email, country and device type, if you join the waitlist on this website.
- Basic diagnostics: crash reports and app version, so we can fix problems. These are not used to profile anyone.
How we use it
Only to run Tickaboard for your family, keep it secure, answer support requests and, if you agreed, send launch and product emails.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and run Tickaboard for us (for example our database, sign-in and email providers), under contracts that stop them using it for anything else. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Website analytics
This website uses cookie-free analytics that count visits without identifying you. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep family data while the account is active. A parent can delete the family from the app, or email us, and we will delete it within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in every email.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Australian Privacy Act, the UK GDPR, New Zealand's Privacy Act and South Africa's POPIA), you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or complain to your local privacy regulator.
