Billing questions
How do I pay?
Plus is a subscription inside the app, paid through Google Play (and the App Store once Tickaboard is on iPad). It's billed to your store account and you manage it there. One subscription covers the whole family, whichever parent buys it.
How does the free trial work?
Start the 14-day trial from the parent area. The store asks for a payment method, and we email you two days before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in Google Play and Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Then your family moves to the free plan.
What happens if we go back to free?
Nothing is deleted. Stars and history are kept, you choose which kids, quests and rewards stay active within the free limits, and the rest wait for you if you come back.
Is there a family discount?
Plus already covers the whole family: every kid and up to four parents on one subscription.
